A valid driving licence, passport or ID card, and a credit card in the driver's name.
How much is the deposit?
VW and Renault 350 € · BMW 1 Series 500 € · BMW 2 and 3 Series 750 € · BMW 5 Series 1,000 €. The deposit is refunded to the payment card within 21 business days after return. Traffic fines during the rental are deducted from the deposit.
How old do I have to be?
Minimum age 21 with a driving licence held for at least 1 year. For the BMW 3 Series (from 23) and BMW 5 Series (from 25) you need 3 years of driving experience. Younger drivers from 18 (VW, Renault) or from 21 (BMW) can rent with the "Young driver" package for 25 € per day.
How many kilometres are included?
1–6 days: 300 km per day · 7–10 days: 200 km per day · 11–20 days: 150 km per day · 21–30 days: 120 km per day. Each additional kilometre costs 0.85 € plus VAT.
How does the BER Airport shuttle work?
After landing, call us or send a WhatsApp message to +49 177 7790924. Our shuttle picks you up and takes you to our office at Lilienthal Plaza in 5 minutes.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up. After that, free cancellation is no longer possible and payments are not refunded.
